Bill Shields is Chief Financial Officer at Bermuda Hospitals Board, a position he has occupied for the last four years. As well as all aspects of finance & commerce, he leads the project to implement the organisation’s Electronic Health Record and its Estates Consolidation Programme.

Prior to joining BHB, Bill worked in the English Health System at every level, including a London Teaching Hospital and a regulatory body, and has 24 years’ experience at C-Suite level where he has been both CFO and CEO.
