Auren Energy commences commissioning of 100.6 MW segment in Brazil’s Sol de Jaiba solar park

Brazilian energy firm Auren Energy has initiated the commissioning process for a 100.6 MWp segment of the 629.9 MWp Sol de Jaiba solar park, situated in Jaiba, Minas Gerais. Representing one of Brazil’s largest photovoltaic plants, the Jaiba project is expected to require investment of around US$407 million. The project is slated for commercial operation in the first quarter of 2024.
