Algae cleared from Caribbean beaches can power hotels

Y.A. Maof, an Israeli company that works on environmental and waste disposal projects. After a trip in the Dominican Republic, the company found combining the algae found on the beach with organic waste in a biogas facility could enable energy generation. A pilot has been set up to evaluate the impact.
