Albras, Brazil’s largest aluminum producer will buy electricity from a new 438 MW solar power plant to supply its facility in the state of Para. The power plant is set to be built through a joint venture between Actis (backed by Atlas Renewable Energy) and Hydro Rein. The total projected investment for the Boa Sorte solar park is US$320 million.
