Canadian firm Aisa Group has submitted a proposal under Argentina’s Large Investment Incentive Scheme (RIGI) to develop a 1,000 MW solar project in Jáchal, San Juan, with a projected investment of US$600 million. The project aims to supply energy to industrial users and integrate into the national grid, beginning with a 50 MW installation at the Gualcamayo mining site.
