AES Andes submits plans for a 392 MW PV and wind power park with storage to the Environmental Assessment Service (SEA) in Chile

AES Andes announced a submission to the Environmental Assessment Service (SEA) in Chile for a hybrid park with a total capacity of 392 MW of PV and wind power with storage. The project includes the construction of a PV park with an installed capacity of approximately 252 MW, a 140 MW wind farm and a battery energy storage system BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) with a capacity of 623.5 MW for up to 5 hours.
