Ben has over 30 years of experience in M&A advisory, project finance, debt & equity capital raising and restructuring, largely within the Latin America, Caribbean and US Markets. Prior to co-founding Pan American Finance in 2003, Ben worked for Ibero American Media Partners, and was responsible for negotiating, executing and integrating 15 acquisitions and investments, and for raising the debt and equity capital to finance them, alongside his duties as CFO.
