EllaLink has launched development of a carrier-neutral submarine-cable system linking French Guiana, Martinique and Guadeloupe, with a western segment serving Aruba, Curaçao and Bonaire and broader planned coverage across the eastern Caribbean and Guianas. Service is targeted by the end of 2029.
