Parks S/A is investing US$98.3 million to build a new 5 MW Tier III data center in Rio Grande do Sul, supporting cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data processing services. Scheduled to begin operations by the end of the year, the project also includes a partnership with the local government to deploy smart flood-monitoring sensors.
