The organizers of CREF 2016 are pleased to announce that Minister James Fletcher, Minister of Energy and Sustainable Development for the Government of St. Lucia, has confirmed that he will lead the Ministerial Roundtable discussion at CREF 2016. Historically the blue ribbon event at CREF, this year’s session will gather government leaders to explore the impact of COP 21 and the Paris Agreement on the Caribbean. The session will also explore the changing face of long-term energy policy against the backdrop of low oil prices and the imminent influx of natural gas.
