Bolivia has enacted a law approving financing for the 40 MW Contorno Bajo I solar project in Viacha, La Paz, which will be developed using a US$37 million loan from Germany’s KfW. The project will add over 74,000 photovoltaic panels and feed electricity into the national grid as part of Bolivia’s renewable energy expansion program.
