Argentina’s largest solar plant launched by YPF Luz

YPF Luz has inaugurated the 305 MW El Quemado solar farm in Mendoza province, Argentina, a US$220 million project which is now the country’s largest solar facility by installed capacity. It is also the first renewable energy project in Argentina developed under the Large Investment Incentive Regime (RIGI), with part of its output secured through PPAs with industrial and data center offtakers.
