Western Mixed Electric Cooperative (CEMDO) has inaugurated the CEMDO I photovoltaic park in Villa Dolores, described as Argentina’s largest cooperative solar project to date. The project will supply electricity to roughly 7,000 homes and meet around 16% of the cooperative’s total electricity demand across 13 communities in the Traslasierra region.
