Puerto Rico’s Public-Private Partnerships Authority (P3A) has issued an RFQ for the 600 MW Costa Sur power project in Guayanilla. The initiative will replace aging oil-fired units with dual-fuel natural gas and ultra-low-sulfur diesel technology, modernizing the site with up to 600 MW of firm generation to strengthen grid resilience and meet energy demand.
