Kroma Energia wins approval to launch test operations at 248 MWp Arapuá solar complex in Brazil

Brazilian energy company Kroma Energia has received regulatory approval from Aneel to begin test operations at its 248 MWp Arapua solar complex in Ceará, marking the completion of construction. The project required an investment of about US$154 million and is expected to generate roughly 537 GWh per year, enough to power more than 290,000 homes, Kroma is also expanding its solar portfolio with the operational 101-MWp São Pedro e Paulo complex and the 130-MWp Colinas project currently under construction.
