Vietnam has donated four 20 MW solar parks with a total capacity of 80 MW and 10 MW of storage to Cuba, to be installed in Mayabeque province. The projects, named Vista Alegre, El Jobo, El Fénix, and El Comino will be integrated into the provincial electrical system in phases. Preliminary civil works have begun at Vista Alegre and El Jobo, preparing the sites for construction and interconnection with the national grid.
