AES Chile has secured US$550 million in project finance for its Pampas Hybrid Park in Taltal, Antofagasta, combining 229 MW of solar, 128 MW of wind, and 340 MW of battery storage with up to four hours of capacity. The hybrid project, expected to begin operations in 2027, has an annual generation potential of nearly 1,000 GWh and a total estimated investment of around US$800 million.
