Atlas Renewable Energy secures US$475 million for 357 MW Copiapó solar project in Chile

Atlas Renewable Energy secured US$475 million to build the 357 MW Copiapó Solar project in northern Chile, including a 320 MW, four-hour storage system. The project will supply electricity to Grupo CAP under 15-year contracts, supporting mining operations with reliable power. It is expected to generate 750 GWh annually and begin operations in 2026.
