Honduras’ teachers’ pension fund INPREMA is weighing a US$200 million investment in a large-scale solar project, its first major renewable energy venture and the biggest investment in its history. The project, to be developed with state utility ENEE through a tender process, reflects the country’s broader solar expansion, which includes recent projects like the 20 MW ARHAT Solar Park and several new plants slated for 2025.
