Mexico grants Grupo Enal 30-year concession to develop geothermal energy in Guanajuato

The Mexican Ministry of Energy (SENER) has granted Grupo Enal a 30-year concession to harness geothermal resources in the Celaya area, Guanajuato. The project represents an US$80 million investment in drilling, infrastructure, and distribution to supply clean power to Mexico’s national grid.
