Mexico’s Nuevo León state has laid out its H2:30 plan to become a green hydrogen production hub over the next seven years. The plan aims to create green hydrogen projects and bring together the public and private sectors to establish goals to understand the state’s potential hydrogen value chain, attract investment to the hydrogen sector, and strengthen involvement from the private sector.
