Chair and Regional Managing Partner
Dustin is Chambers-ranked and serves as Chair and Regional Managing Partner for the Dentons offices throughout the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and maintains an international business law practice throughout the region.
Given the range of Dustin’s experience throughout the Caribbean, he is frequently called upon to advise parties in regional matters and lead some of the Caribbean’s more significant transactions in the areas of banking and finance; mergers and acquisitions; restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy; and real estate within various industries. Dustin spent the first decade of his career practicing in the United States before relocating to the Caribbean. Against this backdrop, he is well situated to bridge the gap for clients looking to conduct business in the region and has overseen the establishment, maintenance, and operations of numerous multi-national companies who have set up in the Caribbean.
A dual citizen of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the United States, Dustin is regularly called upon to speak to various business organizations and at numerous conferences on Commonwealth Caribbean business law and the overall business environment. He holds legal qualifications from laws schools in both the Caribbean and the United States.
