The Caribbean Development Bank and New Energy Events have partnered once again to present Blue Economy Caribbean 2019 (BEC 2019). After making the case for the Blue Economy with BEC 2018, this year’s conference will focus on developing policy and funding tools to catalyze BE projects across the region.
