  • BRDE supports renewable energy projects in Brazil’s Parana State with a US$3.8 million credit line

    Brazil’s Regional Bank for the Development of the Far South, or BRDE has approved a US$3.8 million credit line to bolster renewable energy initiatives in the Cornelio Procopio municipality, Parana state.   • IDB and JICA agree additional US$1bn for Cooperation for Economic Recovery and Social Inclusion (CORE) program

    The Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDB Group) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have decided to boost co-financing under the Cooperation for Economic Recovery and Social Inclusion (CORE) program, benefiting Caribbean countries.   • Dominican Republic launches bid for 22 MW solar park

    Dominican Republic state hydroelectric company, Egehid began the bidding process to develop a US$17 million solar project in San Juan.
