Manuel Laboy Rivera, Secretary of State for Economic Development for Puerto Rico, has confirmed he will speak at PR-GRID. Mr. Laboy Rivera’s portfolio includes foreign investment and he will speak to the role of international investors in the revitalization of the electricity grid.

Fernando Padilla, Director of the Project Management Office and one of PREPA’s leading figures managing the restructuring, has confirmed he will speak at PR-GRID. Mr. Padilla will speak to both short-term recovery efforts as well as the organization’s longer-term vision for the grid.
