A joint investment between the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (PCJ) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Trust Fund will drive energy-efficient and renewable energy developments in six local healthcare facilities, totalling US$2.1 million. The hospitals and rehabilitation centre will install solar water heaters and energy efficiency technology to reduce energy demand by over 1.3 million kW hours/year.
