Following the influx of new solar and energy storage developers into Puerto Rico, a new trade group has formed to promote the technologies. The Solar and Energy Storage Association of Puerto Rico (SESA-PR) includes founding members such as Sonnen, Sunrun, Pura Energía, SRInergy, and Tabuchi. The group will dedicate efforts to promoting solar and storage and empowering individual residents to enhance energy resiliency. The group will also lobby government for policy changes.
