Representative Chris Lee, Chairman of Hawaii’s Energy & Environment Committee, Confirms Keynote at CREF 2016

The organizers of CREF are excited to announce that Rep. Chris Lee, Chairman of Hawaii’s Energy & Environment Committee, has confirmed that he will give a keynote address at CREF 2016.. Mr. Lee is one of Hawaii’s most vocal advocates for a diversified and resilient energy matrix and a transition to renewable sources of energy. Mr. Lee is also deeply involved in policy discussions around critical issues such as the future of transportation and energy storage. Located over 2,000 miles from the U.S. mainland, Hawaii has much in common with Caribbean jurisdictions. It imports over 90% of its energy needs and has the highest electricity prices in the U.S.
