Underscoring high interest in the development of renewables in the Caribbean, CREF saw a record turnout this year. Opened by Luis Alberto Moreno, President of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and Dr. Warren Smith, President of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), CREF 2015 was the biggest to date and by far the biggest energy event in the Caribbean this year.
