Invest Saint Lucia, the island’s investment promotion agency, was pleased to see the inauguration of St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) 3-MW solar farm in La Tourney. This solar park is the first utility-scale renewable energy project operated by LUCELEC. The solar park has 15,000 solar panels and is expected to generate approximately 7 million kWh of electricity per year.
