Following a 5.4 kW solar project at St. Lucian Governor-General house, the OECS signed an MOU to install solar on key government buildings across OECS member states. The OECS Commission and Solar Head of State (SHOS), a non-profit association working with governments to demonstrate leadership on the implementation of the sustainable energy agenda, signed the MOU on July 6, 2018 in Jamaica. The MOU facilitates collaboration between the OECS and SHOS to improve knowledge sharing and build capacity that will enhance and promote expertise in the design and installation of solar systems.
