The Cuban Government, which is managing a proprietary invite list for the Cuba Energy & Infrastructure Forum, has confirmed it is inviting upward of 30 key officials to attend the event in September. The invitation list comprises senior officials drawn from government ministries and key state-owned enterprises all of whom are actively engaged in the energy sector, or in the procurement of energy products and services.
