The organizers of CREF are pleased to announce that Dr. Cletus Bertin, CEO of CARILEC, Doug Hewson, Managing Partner at Portland Private Equity, Nils Janson, Executive Vice President of Castalia, Adam Carter, Managing Director at CIBC FirstCaribbean, Chris Burgess, Director of Projects at CWR/RMI, and Devon Gardner, Head of CARICOM’s Energy Program, will form the committee tasked with selecting the year’s best projects.
