An extraordinary A-list of Central American stakeholders is confirmed to participate in the inaugural Central American energy efficiency summit later this month. Among those confirmed are Panama’s Secretary of Energy, Hon. Victor Urrutia; Costa Rica’s Vice Minister of Energy, Irene Cañas Diaz, Chile’s National Head of Energy Efficiency, Ignacio Santelices, and Rolando Castillo Garcia, head of the energy efficiency division for the Honduran Government.
