Head of Funding Department, Vivian Machado S. C. Pereira, is an economist with more than 20 years of experience in the financial and international cooperation areas. Vivian joined the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) in 2006, having spent the last years engaged in establishing international cooperation and fundraising activities in the local market and with multilateral banks and development financial institutions, in the fields of green finance, renewable energy, energy efficiency, infrastructure and SMEs financing.

She has a B.A in Economics from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), graduated in Finance from COPPEAD – UFRJ and M.Sc. in Public Administration. Fluent in English and Spanish, with intermediate level of French and Native Portuguese speaker.
