Thomas Monducci is an Investment Officer at IFC, where he oversees the development and financing of manufacturing projects across Latin America and the Caribbean, with a strong focus on sustainability. His areas of specialization include decarbonization, circularity and green strategies.

Before joining IFC, Thomas spent more than a decade in management consulting, working across a range of industries in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. He has also held roles in impact investing in Africa.

Thomas holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Campinas (Unicamp) in Brazil and an MBA from Columbia University in the United States.
