Rafael Diaz is the Sr. Director for Latin America (LATAM) at CarbonCure Technologies where he leads business growth across the LATAM region. He works closely with concrete producers on the adoption of CarbonCure’s carbon utilization technologies and he is heavily engaged with end users of concrete across the region as well. He joined CarbonCure in the spring of 2025 after more than a decade at Command Alkon, where he was instrumental in leading the company’s entry into the Brazilian market and driving its expansion across Latin America. He holds a degree in Business from Estácio de Sá University and an MBA from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
