Kinam Oh has been working for the EDCF-WB Co-financing Facility that assists scaling-up of the World Bank’s investment projects by providing additional concessional funding. The funding is financed by the Korea’s Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF). He joined the Bank in 2015.

Before joining the Bank, Kinam Oh worked for the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of Korea for 15 years. This involved enhancing cooperation between the Korean government and multilateral development banks (MDBs), especially the World Bank Group (WBG). He initiated the establishment of the Korea-WBG Partnership Facility (a Korean Trust Fund in the WB) and the WBG Korea Office.
