Climate Change Executive Manager


Viviana Coelho is climate change executive manager at Petrobras. She is a chemical engineer and also biologist with a master’s degree in environmental technology from Imperial College. She also holds an MBA in advanced administration, a postgraduate degree in innovation and extensive executive training in institutions such as Insead, IMD, Cambridge University, London Business School and Columbia University. She currently represents the Petrobras on the Executive Committee of the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative and the Climate Change group at Ipieca. Previously, she held various functions in Petrobras’ downstream and research & development, including general manager of the Portfolios of Innovation in Gas, Energy and Sustainable Development. Prior to Petrobras, she worked as a consultant on projects for multinationals from different segments in several countries.
