Patricia Naccache is Deputy Director for Energy Transition at the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Brazil (MME), where she coordinates policies related to hydrogen, the electricity sector and the energy transition. Previously, she was advisor to the Deputy Minister at MME, and worked on regulatory strategy at CPFL Energia and Energisa, both major energy utilities companies in Brazil. She was also a researcher at the Center for Studies in Regulation and Infrastructure (CERI) and at the Brazilian Institute of Economics (IBRE) at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and volunteer at the NGO Revolusolar. Patricia holds a BA in Economics and a master’s degree in Finance from PUC-Rio.
