Paola Carvajal is a Business Development Manager for Climate Technology Solutions at Baker Hughes. She is an expert in energy transition businesses and decarbonization strategies, particularly in the US and Latin America. Before joining Baker Hughes, Paola worked for more than 15 years in the management consulting industry supporting private companies, investors, and governments in defining business strategies for the energy sector development (Power and Oil & Gas). She also worked for the Inter-American Development Bank analyzing projects for the decarbonization of the extractive sector in the Latin American region. Paola has a Master’s in International Development Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
