Chris has more than 20 years experience working on a wide range of international issues for the UK government, most recently as Minister-Counsellor at the British Embassy in Bolivia and Director for Energy Sector work in Latin America and the Caribbean. Chris is currently based in Bogotá, Colombia with a focus on renewable energy for the wider region. He holds a PhD from University College London.
