Mr. Joseph Williams joined the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) in March 2014, and now supports the implementation of the Bank’s Energy Sector Policy and Strategy. 

Mr. Williams has more than 25 years of experience in sustainable energy development, working both in the public and private sectors, in Jamaica and the Caribbean. He is a mechanical engineer, and holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management with emphasis on energy policy and planning, from the University of the West Indies. He is also a Certified Energy Manager.
