César Patiño is the Regional Director for Latin America & Caribe for the Society of Petroleum Enginners. He is a Petroleum Engineer with a  MBA in Master  Innovation, with Specialization Studies  in Government,  Technology and Knowledge management. He has 23 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, and is a GAIA  Sustainability  SPE Program member, as well as a Research and Development Technical Section member and IEA EOR TCP Technology Collaboration Program member.
