Allegra is responsible for the Geothermal Development Facility (GDF) and for energy projects in Chile and Colombia. She has previously worked on a variety of renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives across Central America as well as in the financing of Offshore Wind projects in the German North Sea. Allegra holds a M.Sc. in Finance with a specialization in Development Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
