Since January 2016, Victoria Manini has been working at the Under Secretariat for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency. She has been one of the members of the staff in charge of the design of the RenovAr Program legal framework, she has analyzed the bids submitted under the Rounds of the National and International Open Call for Tenders and she has cooperated in the planning of public policies under this Program.
Victoria Mainini currently serves as Head of the Renewable Energy Trusts Unit at this Under Secretariat.
This Unit supervises the performance of the schemes of guarantees granted under the RenovAr Program by means of the Fund for the Development of Renewable Energy, under the Law N° 27,424 on Distributed Generation and the scheming of the award of guarantees for energy efficiency programs within the framework of the Trust Fund for the Development of Distributed Generation. 
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Universidad Nacional del Sur located in Bahía Blanca and a Diploma on Environment, Technology and Law from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
