Mr. Samuel is the Project Coordinator of the Government of Grenada’s Geothermal Energy Development Project and has over 30 years’ experience in electric utility planning, renewables and project management in the public and private sectors in the Caribbean. An award-winning entrepreneur and consultant, Mr. Samuel’s international and regional clients include the World Bank, the Caribbean Development Bank, the German Government development agency GiZ, the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the OECS Authority.  Mr. Samuel holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Engineering (1982) from the University of The West Indies.
