Anabella Ruiz holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, a Specialization Carrier on Local Development and she is pursuing a postgraduate course in Smart Cities and Sustainable Development at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.

She has vast experience in planning public polices related to territorial integrated initiatives. Currently, she serves as Advisor at the Cooperation Area of Undersecretariat of Renewable Energy and Energy efficiency at Argentina’s Secretariat of Energy where she is in charge of the relationship between local governments and public and private organizations in order to promote the deployment of renewable energies.
