Alfonso Fernandez Arancibia has a Bachellor degree in Economics at the University of CEMA and a Master in Energy Regulation at CEARE, University of Buenos Aires.

Currently serves as a Senior Economic Advisor at the Undersecretariat of Renewable Energy and Energy efficiency at Argentina’s Secretariat of Energy, where he has vast experience in the open call for tenders, RenovAr programme. Also at the Office for Economic and Regulatory Studies, he is deeply involved with the economical assessment of energy projects in order to support the decision-making process with key market information and knowledge.
