Heber Diez is a Mexican electromechanical engineer with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and expertise in geothermal reservoir engineering and integrated management of geothermal fields. He has authored several publications and designs, edited for a scientific journal, and contributed to national and international projects. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of the Mexican Geological Society and as the Field Manager of the Cerro Prieto Geothermal Field (production) which reports to the management of geothermal projects of Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE – Mexico’s Federal Electricity Commission). With extensive experience in the full lifecycle of various projects, from conception to operation, Heber Diez is a recognized leader in the geothermal energy sector.
